I love this! I love the whispered “Ah” which is so different, but equally useful as the Feldenkrais shouted “Ha!” –we need both in our vocabulary, but what a word of difference…
I’m planning to visit NYC more frequently, would love to get together for exchange of lessons. Having a very interesting exchange with a Carl Stough/Ideokenisis practioner, we are all working with the same anatomy/mental furniture, and the differences might seem large to ‘us’, but congruent in the larger picture of human potential movement…DEL
